Over time, diesel particulate filters (DPFs) become clogged due to poor fuel quality and driving at low RPMs. There are two main solutions for a clogged DPF: cleaning or replacing it.
For car owners and mechanics, the least expensive and most effective option is cleaning the DPF with a DPF cleaner machine. DPF cleaning costs around €250-300, while a new DPF costs approximately €2000. Diesel particulate filter cleaner machines are preferred by car owners and mechanics because they clean the DPF as if it were new.

What are the options if you don’t want to replace the DPF?
Pneumatic cover, cabin type, on-vehicle DPF-1850 DPF cleaner and other machines. Other machines perform on vehicle DPF cleaning or high temperature DPF cleaning.
On-vehicle DPF, EGR, SCR, DOC, FAP catalytic converter cleaning machines don’t offer a true cleaning experience due to their low pressure and small diameter hoses. In machines with insufficient pressure, unheated water, and no drying option, DPF (Diesel Particulate Filter) unclogging cannot be fully achieved. Attempting to clean DPFs using high temperatures can damage the internal structure and lead to melting. This melting causes movement within the DPF and can block the outlet. This blockage results in high temperatures and reduced performance.
Our DPF-1850 is designed with these problems in mind and is a piece of equipment that provides savings and profitability for both vehicle owners and auto & truck mechanics.
