The cleaning procedure for diesel particulate filters (DPFs) with DPF-1850 & DPF-1000 generally follows these steps:

Connection: Start by connecting the DPF or catalytic converter (CAT) to the adapters included with the DPF-1850.

Internal Status Sensing Test: The machine performs a status detection test to evaluate the status of the DPF or CAT. This test helps determine appropriate cleaning parameters. Once completed, a ticket is printed with customer details and the test report for record keeping.

Software Selection: Use the software interface to choose between different washing programs.

Cleaning Process: After the desired program is selected, the machine delivers pressurized water at the temperature determined for the cleaning process.
